When you register, submit an exhibitor application, or complete a sponsorship enquiry, we collect: name, email address, phone number, organisation, job title, country of residence, attendance type, and any additional information you provide voluntarily in notes fields.

- To process and confirm your End of Year Economic Review 2026 registration or application
- To send you event information, programme updates, and logistical communications
- To facilitate exhibitor or sponsorship arrangements
- To comply with legal and regulatory requirements
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We use your data strictly for event management purposes. We will not share your data with third parties for marketing without your explicit consent.
5. Data Retention
Registration and enquiry data is retained for 24 months following the event date, after which it is securely deleted unless you have opted into longer-term communications.
